Health and Wellbeing Programme – Workshop Sessions

Free sessions for all staff in Adult and Community Services and Services to Children and Young People. Book now to avoid disappointment. Check with your line manager before booking a place.

Feeling under pressure? Recognise any of these signs – lack of energy, headaches, muscle tension, feeling tired, irritable? Then why not come along to this short workshop. Learn some simple strategies to help manage the pressures.

Understand the elements that make up a healthy diet and how to positively manage your weight. Want to start exercising but don’t know where to start? Learn about the important elements of exercise and how to build your own exercise plan.

The Art of Relaxation

Specific reference to breast and ovarian cancer, osteoporosis and menopause/pmt.
