Bradford Metropolitan District Council places a high value on providing a supportive working environment and on maintaining the health, safety and welfare of its employees at work.

For more information go to the Health and Safety pages on the Bradford Council Intranet. Please note that these pages can only be accessed by Council staff from a work PC. Please note that the corporate risk assessment documents and guidance are found on the intranet and this online training is designed to support the use of these.

This compliance based training is designed to help employees to follow the guidance from the Health and Safety Executive, and others, on safe working practices.

Current Health and Safety legislation says that employees should be made aware of the risks involved in doing their jobs before they start to ensure compliance and also act as an update for existing employees.

These packages can be accessed from any computer with broadband internet access. Please agree Learning time with your manager. We also have some PC's available to use at St Peter's House.
