Hate Crime In Bradford e-Learning

This module aims to raise awareness of hate crime and hate incidents and their true extent in our communities, and gives guidance on how to recognise and report hate crime.

The module uses graphic examples from real life to illustrate the different types of hate crime and the serious psychological effect they inflict on victims and communities.

By completing this module, you should be able to:

  • Identify hate crimes and hate incidents and the different categories currently recognised by the law
  • Identify the impact on the individual
  • Understand the link between hate crime, hate incidents and safeguarding adults
  • Understand your role and responsibility to safeguard individuals and to report hate crime and hate incidents

These packages can be accessed via any computer that has broadband internet access. You can dip in and out of the modules and your progress will be saved by the system. Upon full completion of the training you will be prompted to print a certificate. Workforce Development will monitor completions.

To gain access to the e-learning you will require a username and password which will be issued by Workforce Development. You need to seek the permission of your line manager before requesting access to this training.
