Cultural Awareness e-Learning

This e-learning programme has been created to raise Cultural Awareness:

To make services accessible to all
To improve service delivery for everyone
To provide staff with increased confidence
To educate attitudes towards Culture by developing greater understanding
To promote equality, dignity and respect

This module is aimed at anyone who wishes to increase their Cultural Awareness.

The package can be accessed via any computer that has broadband internet access. You can dip in and out of the modules and your progress will be saved by the system. Upon full completion of the training you will be prompted to print a certificate. Workforce Development will monitor completions.

To gain access to the e-learning you will require a username and password which will be issued by Workforce Development. You need to seek the permission of your line manager before requesting access to this training.

To request a username and password please submit a booking form at the link below. You will be emailed login details so please ensure that you enter the correct work email address. ***Please note that user accounts are issued on a weekly basis.
