The aim of this module is to provide you with practical ways to build partnerships and help you perform more effectively at work.

In this module we will consider what is involved in successful partnership-working. We will look at:

  • Your own partnerships in a broader context
  • The purpose of your involvement in partnerships and the benefits you expect them to bring
  • The needs, perspectives and contributions of different kinds of partners
  • The individual skills you could develop to contribute more effectively to partnership-working
  • The group disciplines that can help a partnership to deliver, and how you can support and encourage these

The package can be accessed via any computer that has broadband internet access. You can dip in and out of the modules and your progress will be saved by the system. Upon full completion of the training you will be prompted to print a certificate. Workforce Development will monitor completions.
