Appraisal Training
Course Overview
Corporate HR have brought out new appraisal paperwork and approach. We want all managers who line manage staff to attend a 1/2 day session to support them to use this new approach. Appraisal needs to be embedded into the way we work particularly in Performance and Commissioning Services.
The course is an half day session and there is an 2 half day sessions on the dates below.
