Housing Strategy for people with learning disabilities
Changing Lives is Bradford Council's programme to help people with a learning disability have the same opportunities as any other citizen. In June 2010 we launched the Housing Strategy for People with Learning Disabilities in order to set out how those with a learning disability in Bradford could have more choice and control over where they live and with whom.
