Talking Tips
‘Talking Tips’ are a series of leaflets for parents on developing speech and language skills in babies and young children.
There are 6 leaflets covering the following age ranges
- 0 – 8 months
- 9 – 15 months
- 12 – 18 months
- 18 – 24 months
- 24 – 36 months
- 36 – 48 months
Two further leaflets are to be added to the series:
- 20 – 28 month
- 48 – 60 months
Each leaflet helps parents to know:
- what their child should be doing at that age
- what activities will help their child’s speech and language development
- what to do if they have concerns about their child’s speech and language development
