Are you a parent or carer of a child or young person with additional needs?

If you live in the Bradford district there is a FREE newsletter called the Disabled Children's Information Service (DCIS) we can send directly to your home three times per year.

It has lots of useful information from health, education and youth services, tips, articles, latest news, local support groups, resources and much more.

How can I get a newsletter?

Simply phone us on 01274 433861 and we will send you a membership form or click on the link below and return your completed membership form to our FREEPOST address.

What will my information be used for?

We will add your details to our secure database, and may use your information to help us plan and improve the services we offer to families with disabled children in Bradford.
