If you get in touch with us, we may arrange for someone to come to your home to talk to you about your needs, this is called an assessment. We can decide together what you need and what should happen next.
If you are assessed as needing help, this may be provided by our own (Social Services) Home Care team or from a range of accredited private providers in the area. The provider of your care, unfortunately, may not always remain the same, but you will be informed if this is to change.
