Lord Mayor welcomes international students
The Lord Mayor of Bradford is to hold a Civic Reception for new international students to welcome them to the city.
The Lord Mayor, Coun Naveeda Ikram, will meet two groups of international students from the University of Bradford on Wednesday, 12 October.
She will then take them on a tour of City Hall where, among other highlights, they will be able to view the Civic silver collection.
Lord Mayor Coun Naveeda Ikram said: "This will give us the opportunity to welcome these international students to our wonderful city and they can find out more about the Bradford district’s outstanding heritage."
