Deputy Manager
Little Champions Day Care are looking for a full time Deputy Manager to be suitable to take the manager's role when the manager is absent. Key Qualifications include at least a level 3 in childcare; learning and development or above up to Early years professional or teaching level.
Key skills include a strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage; an ability and experience of working with parents; carers and other professionals; an ability to work as part of a team and to manage staff; deployment and day to day issues.
An ability to oversee planning; assessments; training and development. You must be enthusiastic and be prepared to go the extra mile for the nursery; including being available for training; staff meetings; network & Leadership meetings and open days; which may be out of work hours.
Qualifications: At least a level 3 or above
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: 17,000 per annum
