Joanne Walmsley – Train to Gain
Joanne’s skills and qualifications had a positive impact on her workplace performance.
Joanne struggled at the start of her programme and was very concerned that she would not able to complete the qualification. Despite her concerns Joanne worked extremely hard to complete and put in to practice what she learnt from her NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, even working additional hours at home to complete her work. Her hard work paid off and Joanne completed her QCF units three weeks ahead of schedule.
Her manager has commented that Joanne’s customer service skills have improved greatly, and adds that Joanne and her colleagues’ hard work has had a positive impact on business as shop takings have been over target.
