Gillian Croft – Apprentice
Gillian has grown enormously as a person during her Apprenticeship and as a result is now more confident and has greater self-belief in her own abilities.
Gillian was nervous at the start of her apprenticeship as this was the first qualification she had undertaken since school. Her manager was keen for her skills and knowledge to be recognised and hoped the programme would develop her confidence. Despite initial reservations Gillian approached her Apprenticeship with enthusiasm, undertaking independent study and learning from her NVQ Assessor and passing all her Technical Certificate exams. Her confidence grew and her work performance improved to such an extent that she has recently been promoted to a more senior position within the office.
Her manager has praised the apprenticeship programme and is very proud of Gillian and her achievements.
