Skills for Work are pleased to announce that we have successfully been awarded the Customer First standard following the biennial 2011 inspection.
The inspection results, from Customer First UK, once again prove that building strong customer relationships with partners, employers and learners is a valued and important activity that is embedded in every aspect of our service.
Skills for Work have provided excellence in Customer Service since 2007 when we first received the Customer First Standard.
We are particularly proud to note that the Assessor commented in the inspection report that she particularly liked “the strong sense of team spirit, the passion and belief in the service and the impact it makes on people’s lives“ as well as “ the pride people feel about working for Skills for Work”.
