Online Admissions for Schools

Apply Online for a place at one of Bradford Metropolitan District’s schools.

Secondary schools

If you live in the Bradford Metropolitan District and pay your Council Tax to Bradford you can apply on-line. You can list any secondary school in the District or those in any other Local Authority. If you do not live in the District you should use your own Local Authority’s on-line system but you can still apply for a Bradford school.

Primary schools

You can apply on-line here for any primary school within the Bradford Metropolitan District. If you wish to apply for schools in another local authority you must apply on-line to the relevant authority or contact them for an application form.

Why should I apply on-line?

The benefits of applying on-line are:

  • it's quick and easy to use
  • you can apply from home 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • there is no risk of your application being lost in the post
  • you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your preference form has been received
  • you can change your preference up to midnight on the published closing date

When can I use the on-line system?

On-line applications for secondary schools are available from 1 September 2009 to 20 October 2009.

On-line applications for primary schools are available from 9 November 2009 to 11 January 2010.
