Library Service Online Forms

Library Service General Enquiry Form - Use this form to contact the library service with general queries, comments and questions.

Joining the Library Service - This form is for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 16 there is a different form to complete, although this form is not currently available online.

Library Service Reservation Form - To reserve an item you must have a Bradford Libraries card. Please check in the catalogue before completing this form.

Local Studies Enquiry Form - Use this form to contact the local studies service available at Bradford Central Library.
