Direct Debit Instructions
All Direct Debit payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
The details of your Direct Debit Instruction will be sent to you within 3 working days or no later than 10 working days before the first collection.
If you are not the account holder, you can request a paper Direct Debit Instruction for Council Tax, Business Rates and Other Accounts to be completed by the account holder.
You can print off your online Direct Debit Instruction and either fax or post it to us.
