You can also make a compliment or a complaint by telephone, by letter, on a paper form or by speaking to a member of staff. A complaint will be investigated in accordance with the Council's complaints procedure.

Bradford Council does not have sole responsibility for the provision of Housing transferred to Incommunities. In order to make a complaint about any of these services please contact the service provider directly.
