Licensing Act 2003
Under the Licensing Act 2003, the Council is required to carry out its licensing functions with a view to promoting the four licensing objectives which are:
- Prevention of crime and disorder
- Public Safety
- Prevention of public nuisance
- Protection of children from harm
Licensing Policy
In December 2010 Bradford Council adopted a Licensing Policy for the district, which aims to ensure fairness and consistency within the licensing regime under the Licensing Act 2003. A copy of the policy is available below. Comments on any aspect of the Policy are welcome.
