What is the Regeneration and Prosperity Partnership?

The Bradford District Regeneration and Prosperity Partnership exists to contribute to the competitiveness and sustainable economic growth of Bradford District and to ensure that Bradford District plays its full part in the economic development of the Yorkshire & Humber Region.

What is the role of the partnership?

The partnership brings together public, private and voluntary sector agencies to deliver our big plan priorities for the district, which include

  • Regenerate the city and major towns
  • Improve skills, aspiration and enterprise
  • Secure employment
  • Promote business growth
  • Sustainable and affordable housing
  • Enhance transport and connectivity
  • Improve perceptions of the district, its neighbourhoods and cultural life

Who is involved?

The partnership includes representation from Bradford Council, Bradford Chambers, Business sector and voluntary sector.

How does the partnership work?

The partnership governance arrangements are currently being reviewed, however the diagram below provides a broad outline of the structure and key relationships.
