Welcome to the website linked into the first strand of the campaign. The campaign aims to show how we can all support and encourage children’s learning through our everyday activities.
The four activities highlighted by the campaign are reading, counting, cooking, and playing outside.
Parents are obviously the most important people in a child’s life, and teachers and school staff are vitally important too, but other adults in the wider family and community can also play a major part in helping children learn and fulfil their potential.
Hopefully this website can be used by parents, teachers, and the wider community as a tool, giving them useful advice, tips, recipes, and games to help encourage play and learning.
