Roadworks in the Shipley and Baildon area

There are roadworks in the Shipley and Baildon area because of essential gas main replacements by Northern Gas Networks. Northern Gas Network will be giving further updates of the works through the media and Twitter.

If you would like to speak to Northern Gas Networks about the work, call their Customer Care team on 0845 634 0508, and select option 7.

If you smell gas call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Refuse collections

No disruptions have been reported.

School closures

When we receive the details of school closures they will be available on our school closures page.

Online planning and building control system

As a result of planned upgrade work on our systems, Public Access for Planning and Building Control will not be available between 22 and 24 September. Comments on planning applications can be made in writing to the Council at Jacob's Well, or by email to planning.applications@bradford.gov.uk

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The maintenance to be carried out will improve the service provided by Public Access.
