Renewal of Vows

We offer ceremonies to couples who wish to renew their marriage vows. The ceremonies cannot have any religious content whatever and they have no legal status. They can be used for a variety of different reasons. Sometimes couples marry abroad but wish to have a celebration for their family and friends when they return to this country. Some couples choose to renew their marriage vows to celebrate a wedding anniversary or maybe even after they have been through a difficult time in their marriage.

These ceremonies can be held at the Register Office or at one of the Approved Premises where marriage ceremonies are held. Other venues with a Public Entertainment Licence may also be considered.

Further information and the current charges for this ceremony can be obtained by speaking to a celebrant at the Register Office (01274 437729).
