Yes, you still need to tell us about any changes in your circumstances that might affect your entitlement to benefit. This can include a change in your income, your savings, if you move house, and if someone joins or leaves your household.
You should tell us straightaway. You may need to make a new claim for Housing Benefit. Any new claim that you make will usually be based on Local Housing Allowance rates.
