To apply fill out an application form:
"Full Application Form"- for Housing Benefit & Council Tax Benefit, Second Adult Rebate (just fill out parts 1,3 & 7) and Free School Meals/ School Clothing Allowance.
"Free School Meals and School Clothing Allowance" if you have children but are not liable to pay rent or Council Tax.
Blue Badge and Disabled Travel Permit Application Forms for people with disabilities.

- Call us on 01274 432772 or email benefits@bradford.gov.uk to request a form.
