Physical Disability Strategy
Independence, Inclusion and Support is a strategy to show how the Council and local NHS will work together with and for people in the District with Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments and Long Term Conditions.
We want to support people to stay well and independent, manage long-term health conditions, and ensure high quality care is there for vulnerable people. We welcome your views and contributions, so that we can respond to the challenges ahead with the right approach for the whole District.
We would be pleased to hear from everyone - people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments or long term conditions, their family members and carers, community groups and organisations, service providers and staff, and other members of the public.
