Older People's Joint Commissioning Strategy
Meeting Changing Expectations is a strategy to show how the Council and local NHS will work together with and for older people in the District. We want to support older people to stay well and independent, manage long-term health conditions, and ensure high quality care is there for our vulnerable older people.
We welcome your views and contributions, so that we can respond to the challenges ahead with the right approach for the whole District.
We would be pleased to hear from everyone - older people, family members and carers, community groups and organisations, service providers and staff, and other members of the public.
