Householder Draft SPD: for Public Consultation
The Householder SPD was formally adopted by the Council on 12th April 2012 at the meeting of the Regulatory and Appeals Committee, following the recommendation of the Council Executive on 16th March 2012.
The Householder SPD now combines and replaces the House Extensions Policy and the Dormer Windows Policy SPGs. This document provides design guidance on how common types of householder developments can be carried out in accordance with the relevant local planning policies. These policies are set out in the Replacement UDP and include saved Policies: UDP3, UDP8, UR3, D1, D2, TM12, TM19A, BH4, GB5, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE10, NR12, NR13, NR15B and NR16.
