Our Performance
The strategic priorities and performance measures for the District and BDP are outlined in The Big Plan (Sustainable Community Strategy) and the Local Area Agreement for the district. The success of BDP will be judged against our performance against these measures.
Performance Framework
BDP has established a Performance Management Framework that will enable the partnership to provide evidence of how we and our partners are achieving better outcomes for the District residents, and to help identify what needs to be done to improve performance. The Performance Management Framework will be uploaded on the webpage once it is finalised.
