The Menston Housing Sites SPD sets out development principles for two large housing sites in Menston at Derry Hill (S/H2.18) and Bingley Road (S/H2.17) allocated in the Replacement UDP.
The Council have produced a Draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the housing sites at Bingley Road and Derry Hill, Menston for public comment. The draft SPD sets out a planning framework for how these two major sites in the village can be developed for housing. The draft SPD has been the subject of a Sustainability Appraisal and this was made available for public comment.
