Bradford Council has prepared a Draft Supplementary Planning Document for City Centre Affordable Housing. This sets out the Council’s approach to the delivery of affordable housing in Bradford City Centre. The draft SPD has been the subject of a Sustainability Appraisal and this is also available for public comment.
Also available to view are the Statement of Consultation and the Statement of Matters, and a report by DTZ entitled Creating a Balanced City Centre Housing Market in Bradford which provides the background for the Supplementary Planning Document.
Consultation on this draft SPD closed on Monday 14 May 2007.
